We would eventually like to have trees and resources change their model or state based on how much they are used. This would for example chip away at the rock or take chunks out of trees. This is more polish and isn't a priority but their is some code still inside of the game of when I tried to implement this before. This will definitely be a feature.
We could add cement houses into the game but I don't think they would fit our art style very well.
The animations are currently placeholders as we want to replace them with arm models eventually.
The hammer used to give 75% resources back but then didn't work correctly and gave the player 50000+ items due to an inventory bug. I want to add this back in but it would have to go into the schedule.
